Peek into 2011 Pirelli Calender

The Pirelli Calenders are legendary for producing some of the best shots of the best models, taken by the best photographers in the world. No mean feat, for a tyre brand! This year the calender was shot by Karl Lagerfeld and included some of the most famous faces on the catwalk, including Lara Stone and Lakshmi Menon, with a surprise appearance from actress Julianne Moore. The theme for the calender was Greek Mythology, with Lagerfeld setting out to create in photographs, what Homer created on Page... with the Illiad that is, not Bart! Julianne Moore plays Hera, Brad Kroenig is Zeus, and Lara Stone pouts her way to being Aphrodite.
