Food carvings at Bur Juman

I was at Bur Juman last evening when I came across these and thought they were absolutely brilliant! These are food carvings and set ups made with sugar, chocolate, bread, pasta... They were split into different categories and were being judged amongst others in those. The judges must have had a really hard time, as most of them were extremely well done!
