First Abu Dhabi had the gold-bar vanding machine.. then a particularly card-obsessed friend went and got herself gold-plated playing cards! How ridiculous are these?? I'm halfway between finding them absolutely hideous and finding the detailing on them absolutely intriguing! I guess they are at least more interesting (and probably cheaper) than Hermes playing cards, but if it was me, I'd still use a cheapie deck to get the job done.
